Who does the work

You are hiring the team that does the work, not a call center.

"With 15 years of experience working with high-quality films, I have built my career on precision, quality, and a true passion for the craft."

Evan Figueroa founded ACR Film Solutions in Phoenix to do film the way he thinks it should be done: one team, clean prep, correct materials, and nobody handing your car or your building off to whoever is free that afternoon. Whether you are protecting an investment, cutting the heat, or changing the look of a vehicle entirely, the person quoting the job is the person doing it.

He stands behind the work. That is the whole business model.

03

Precision install

Glass and panels prepped properly, film cut and set clean, edges and corners done right. This is where the fifteen years show up.

Common questions

Straight answers.

What is the legal window tint limit in Arizona?

Under Arizona law, front side windows must let more than 33% of light through (33% VLT, with a small tolerance). Back side windows and the rear window can be any darkness. The windshield allows non-reflective tint above the AS-1 line. Red and amber tints are not permitted, and film cannot be more than 35% reflective.

Every job we quote is spec'd to keep you legal, and we will tell you plainly if what you are asking for is not.

How long does a window tint install take?

A typical car is a couple of hours. Larger vehicles, full PPF coverage, wraps, and commercial glass take longer, and you will be given a realistic window up front rather than an optimistic one.

How soon can I roll my windows down?

Leave them up for three to five days while the film cures. In Phoenix heat it is usually on the shorter end. Some haze or small water pockets right after install are normal and clear as it dries.

What is the difference between ceramic and dyed tint?

Dyed film is the budget option: it darkens the glass and cuts glare, but it rejects far less heat and fades faster. Ceramic film blocks significantly more infrared heat at the same shade, does not interfere with phone or GPS signal, and holds its color. In an Arizona summer, ceramic is usually the one worth the difference.

Is paint protection film worth it?

If you drive the valley freeways, yes. PPF is a clear urethane layer that takes the rock chips, sand blasting, and light scratches instead of your paint, and it self-heals minor marks with heat. Coverage can be a front-end package or the full vehicle, depending on budget.

Will window film really lower my cooling bill?

Solar film on west and south glass reduces the heat coming through the window, which means the air conditioner runs less to hold the same temperature. It also blocks up to 99% of UV, which is what fades flooring, art, and furniture.

Do you remove old, bubbling, or purple tint?

Yes. Old film removal is its own job and it is done carefully, especially on rear glass with defroster lines. Removal is quoted separately from the new install so you can see exactly what you are paying for.
